Making Your Own Herbal Hair Shampoo

In 1990 I decided not to use the shampoo commercial created after reading the book Aubrey Hampton, "natural organic hair and skin care." In this book tells Aubrey You will learn how to read labels on products you have on Your skin or hair.

Manufacturers continue to use toxic chemicals in hair and skin products and toxic effects of ignoring them in your body. It's easy to see at list of chemicals that they use. Here are some of the chemicals found in many product labels:

* propylene glycol or glycol-a petrochemical used for cheap
* cetearyl alcohol-emulsifier which can be synthetic or natural
* methylparaben or propylparaben – typical synthetic preservatives
* Distearate-these are polyethylene glycol or polypropylene glycol petrochemical
* isopropyl alcohol as a solvent which is used for synthetic oil is cheap.

Here is a natural shampoo that you can make. The words this is something I've been using for years. First collect the following items:

4 oz Castile SOAP with every odor which is available plain, candy and eucalyptus.

½ oz Rosemary to stimulate hair follicles and helps to prevent premature baldness

½ oz to have antioxidant and sage-like things spoil and antibacterial

½ oz nettles-action as blood purifier, blood, muscle stimulator contains a source of nutrition for hair growth

½ lavender-controls on the production of oil and reduces the sebaceous glands glandular conditions flaky and itchy scalp

2000 mg MSM-offers organic sulfur in your scalp, which are improving the health and strength of your hair. It also helps to promote the herbal nutrients into the skin and the follicle where they can do the most good.

Empty 8 oz plastic bottles, or other empty shampoo or SOAP bottles.

Mixed spices in glass jars, which have closed. Boil 2 cups of distilled water.Add 3 heaping tablespoons mixed herbs in boiling water. Interesting boiling water and spices from the stove. Let herb mixture sit for 30-40 minutes.2000Mg MSM stung by a mixture of spices after 30 minutes of cooling. After 40 minutes and MSM herbal mixture melts, strain into a bowl.

Pour 2 to 2 1/2 oz tense in herbal tea 8 oz plastic bottles. Now, pour 4 oz Castile SOAP 8 oz plastic bottles. CAP the bottle and shake to mix the ingredients.

Shampoo is finished and ready for use. Use this as the basis for all of the shampoo that you create. You can add different herbs when you learn what these herbs are doing and how they help your hair. You can use the ingredients vary according to your taste. But now you have a shampoo that is not an additive that can be harmful to You.
